Celebrate this special evening with a culinary experience created by Chef Jacy and her team. They will be preparing a memorable 4 course menu that will feature a Halloumi cheese, citrus and carrot salad, seared sea scallops with leeks and crispy prosciutto, grilled NY strip with herbed baby potatoes, demi glace and broccolini. To finish it off, Pastry Chef Lauren has created a lovely dessert with cream puffs, ube cream, chocolate milk crunch and toasted white chocolate ice cream.
