Join us and winemaker/owner of William Grassie Wine Estates, Bill Grassie as we pair his delicious, award winning wines with an equally delicious dinner menu!
One of Washington’s newer wineries, Bill created his first vintage in 2011, and has been shaking up the scene with affordable, small production wines since then.
Wine pairings with each course are included in your ticket price, with additional wine by the glass or bottle available for purchase.
Appetizer: Selection of cured meats and cheeses, stuffed mushrooms with feta and cream cheese, fresh fruit, grilled vegetables. Served with 2017 Rosé
First: Beef and pork meatballs with allspice, paprika, dried currants and pine nuts. Roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed greens, baked chickpeas, light yogurt sauce. Served with 2013 Imperatrice – a Merlot based blend.
Second: Brisket Braised in onions and white wine, roasted cauliflower puree, Gremolata. Served with 2013 Cadeau Imprevu – a Cabernet Sauvignon based blend
Last: Herb salad with light lemon dressing, roasted almonds. Served with 2017 Sauvingon blanc
