Sit lakeside while enjoying burgers, brews, and beautiful views all summer long at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington. Our lakeside full-service restaurant Dock & Drink opens Thursday May 25th and will feature a fresh summer menu highlighting hot dogs, burgers, wings, and more. In addition to our Lake Washington backdrop, snap a picture with our beautifully designed Chandon Garden Spritz wall which allows you to personalize your beverage with a variety of garnishments.

Arriving by boat?  Enjoy complimentary moorage for three hours and grab any forgotten essentials at our new dockside market featuring sun care, ice, and snacks. Guest will also enjoy access to paddleboard rentals and kayak tours with REI.

June: Wednesday-Sunday

July: Monday-Sunday

Weekdays: 3 p.m. to sunset
