Occasionally, we get to feature Prosser itself and this is one of those great opportunities.

Chukar Cherries has a been a Prosser institution for over 30 years, sending their delicious tree-to-table products worldwide. Join us and owner Pam Montgomery for an evening of delicious local favorites. Pam will demo one of her favorite dishes – Easy Cherry Wine Chicken – with featured wines from local Prosser wineries. The evening includes a family style dinner (with some of the Chukar team joining us), 3 featured wine tastes, a Chukar goodie bag with recipes to take home, and excellent conversation. Additional wine by the glass or bottle and Chukar treats will be available for purchase.

Welcome Splash: Small bite of Chukar’s Organic Dried Rainer Cherries & Toasted Walnuts with Tart Cherries and Rosemary.
Dinner: Pam’s Easy Cherry Wine Chicken, Cherry Blue Cheese Salad, Mixed Rice
Dessert: Almond Cake with Cherry Wine Sauce, Selection of Chukar’s chocolate-covered cherries, nuts, berries
Note: Meal and all recipes are Gluten Free

Supper Club is a monthly dinner with a different theme each time. From guest chefs, to featured produce, to visiting winemakers and more; there’s always something unique at Supper Club.

Club Price: $50+tax

All guests must be 21+ to attend. Please be prepared to show ID if requested. Tickets are transferable in advance but not refundable. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
