Elliott’s Oyster House is excited to announce its 31st Annual Oyster New Year on Saturday, November 2 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. This iconic event, known for being the Pacific Northwest’s premier oyster festival, promises a memorable evening for seafood lovers and culinary enthusiasts. And the best part? All proceeds will benefit the Puget Sound Restoration, supporting efforts to preserve marine ecosystems.
