Paella is a colorful and beautiful dish and its preparation always draws a crowd. This is a great opportunity to learn its traditional preparation, practice your chopping skills, ask the Chef questions, and sample the dish.
Chef Frank Magana of Three Magnets Brewery in Olympia will share basic knife skills, happily welcome guests to participate, and provide a tasty menu for all guests to sample.
Paella – prepared in a traditional paella pan with saffron rice, chicken, beef, chorizo, mussels, clams, prawns with fresh peas, tomatoes, and lemon wedges.
Roasted Portabella Mushroom Bruschetta
Grape Leaf wrapped Goat Cheese
Refreshing Cucumber, Strawberry and Feta Cheese Salad
Ticket includes a glass of wine (additional available for purchase), and take home recipes.
