Kristi is back! Fun, full of great information, and take-home recipes, Kristi Slotemaker of River Valley Cheese’s classes are always a delight. This time she will tackle the “king of cheese”. We’ll have some hands-on, interactive information in this class, take home material and we’ll feed you! We’ll enjoy some pasta (with plenty of parm) and some other Italian-inspired treats.
