This October, our sanctuary tours are getting a spooky twist to celebrate the season! The cows have been asking to trick-or-treat, so please bring your own pumpkins and pumpkin carving scraps to feed to them and see just how fast they can gobble them up! Guests will learn about how clever and mischievous our animal friends can be and will also get to share more treats with the other animal residents. Costumes are encouraged by guests, and kids will get their very own goodie bag of vegan treats to take home.
Our beautiful 85-acre property is nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains just outside of Seattle. Meet many of our animal residents up close and personal and learn each animal’s unique story and personality. Our guided tours are capped at 30 people, and groups will be paired with a tour guide who will walk you around, introduce you to the animals, and answer any questions you have along the way. Bring your walking shoes and be ready to spend some time in our (ever changing) PNW weather. Please no strollers due to the terrain and animal safety; we recommend baby carriers to tote those tots around.
We will be following strict safety protocols to keep guests and staff safe. Tours will be limited to 30 people maximum and will be split into smaller groups to enable distancing through our 85-acre sanctuary. Participants will be required to wear masks, practice social distancing and respond to a COVID-screening questionnaire.
The sanctuary is home to over 200 animals – most of whom we’ve rescued as victims of cruelty or neglect – including dogs, cats, pigs, goats, sheep, cows, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, ducks, chickens and more. Don’t miss out! Come spend some unforgettable time with the animals!
Cost: $25 per person – $75 for a family of 3+
All ages welcome!
