A four-course chef-prepared culinary journey featuring curated pairings from Whistle Pig Whiskies with each course. We will also have Whistlepig’s Northwest Ambassador Justice Love Israel in attendance to share more about the history and process of Whistlepig’s.

Course one:

  • Maple Bacon Salad- Mixed Greens, Apples, Bacon, Walnuts, Parmesan, Maple Bacon Vinaigrette
  • Vermont Spritz- Whistlepig Six Year Bourbon, Averna, Montenegro, Soda Water

Course Two:

  • Whistlepig Poutine- Fries, Six Year Rye Brown Gravy, Cabot White Cheddar
  • Piggyback Old Fashioned- Whistlepig Six Year Rye, Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, Nocino, Scrappys Aromatic Bitters

Course Three:

  • Chicken Pot Pie- Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Mixed Veggies
  • Neat Pour Whistlepig 12 year

Course Four:

  • Cider Doughnut Holes- Housemade apple cider doughnut holes
  • Farmstyle Hot Toddy- Whistlepig Six Year Bourbon, Allspice, Honey, Apple Cider
