A simple recipe for an organic old-fashioned.
3 oz Bainbridge Battle Point Organic Wheat Whiskey
1 tsp simple syrup
2 dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters

Build all ingredients in a substantial rocks glass.

Add enough ice to chill the cocktail quickly without diluting it—the bigger the ice the better.

Finish the cocktail with a generous twist of orange, then add the peel to the glass.
