STRAWBERRY LEMON WHITE WHISKEY COLLINS

 ¾ oz fresh strawberry puree
 1 ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
 ¾ oz simple syrup
 2 oz HDC Commander’s Rye Whiskey
 Soda Water

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and whiskey. Stir gingerly until chilled. In a rocks or highball glass, gently pour strawberry puree on bottom. Fill glass with ice. Strain chilled whiskey mixture into rocks glass and top with soda water.
