Vegan Eggs Florentine

Join us at the sanctuary for a fun, interactive vegan cooking class with Chef Amy Webster! You’ll enjoy an engaging learning atmosphere that serves up fresh recipes and techniques for all cooking levels. Whether you’re new to vegan cooking, a seasoned chef or just looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday – our classes have something for everyone!

This class includes a 45-minute tour of the sanctuary, so you’ll get to spend some time with the animals!

What to expect:

  • Menu: vegan eggs Florentine, vegan sausage & kale quiche, and cinnamon roll casserole
  • Showcasing: for the mothers, daughters, and anyone who deserves a special brunch; this class will feature vegan egg products, baking without eggs, and vegan hollandaise sauce
  • Demonstrations:
