Imagine doing yoga by a waterfall. Take in your surroundings and allow the peace and tranquility to calm the mind while your instructor guides you through yoga with no distractions.
We are celebrating wellness month at Salish Lodge & Spa by offering four-weekend yoga classes in partnership with Pineapple Life. Whether you select a single class or choose to attend all four, you are sure to have an amazing experience in connecting your body and mind!
When you are done with class you will be given a Heleo Organic Cold Pressed Juice Green Drink. Heleo Organic Cold Pressed Juices prioritize whole body health with cold-pressed, all organic, PNW crafted farm-to-bottle wellness drinks!
All classes are $75. Yoga mat rental available for an additional $10.
PLEASE NOTE: At least 5 participants needed to hold the class.
August 7 Week One: Yoga Foundations
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, curious about a healthier and happier lifestyle, expecting a baby, recovering, elderly, or curious about post covid re entry into fitness you’re invited to flow with Pineapple Life and Salish Lodge as we kick off Wellness Month with this all levels class. Basic poses, as well as interesting benefits of beginning yoga, will be discussed. Come to learn, stay to flow and enjoy a delicious healthy juice with us afterward! All welcome + All levels
August 14 Week Two: Mind Opening Movement (Yoga + Mindfulness)
Yoga has been known to steal the hearts of highly successful people for decades. One of the main reasons high achievers tend to gravitate towards yoga is because it is one of the only modalities that includes physical movement (asana) as well as mental awareness (mindfulness or meditation) Simply put, yoga is an extremely efficient way to improve both mind and body health. Join Pineapple Life and Salish Lodge for this all levels class that is sure to leave you feeling awakened yet calm, energized, and focused. Enjoy a delicious healthy juice with us afterward!
August 21 Week Three: Ignite your Soul Yoga
Yoga has many styles- some calm and meditative, some fiery and fierce. This hour-long power yoga class will have your heart pumping, your mind opening and each muscle group will be stretched, worked, and strengthened. This will be a wonderful experience for all and will especially demonstrate the value of yoga as a compliment to typical gym workouts, Crossfit and/or Orange Theory. All levels + All welcome, modifications always offered. Enjoy a delicious healthy juice with us afterward!
August 28 Week Four: Chakras
Join energy healer, Cheryl Yamamoto, for a beautiful yoga class touching on each of the seven chakras, diving into ways to balance the chakras using mindfulness and movement. From the crown to the sacral chakra, your mind and body will be awakened, invigorated and soothed. All- levels welcome and be sure to stay and enjoy your complimentary juice after class.
