Swiss Hotel Leavenworth
BMI will build the hotel under the name Swiss Hotel Leavenworth. Plans call for the 24,000-square-foot structure to be built on 3 acres adjacent to Safeway at the east entrance of town. Amenities will include an indoor pool, meeting rooms, breakfast facilities, ski-gear storage areas and around ninety-five parking spaces.
Element Redmond
This new sleek Westin concept puts business travelers about a mile from Microsoft headquarters and close to Boeing and other corporate entities. The 131-room hotel offers extended-stay accomodations, too. Part of the Starwood Hotels company, Element Redmond is part of a 28-acre, mixed-use development, Esterra Park. The hotel is expected to open May 25.
