Join us Friday, April 19th, for our April Supper Club with GM/Vineyard Manager Will Beightol of Double Canyon!

April is Horse Heaven Hills AVA month and it’s a pleasure to feature an AVA so close to our building, while celebrating some of our home-grown wine folks, including Will Beightol. A graduate of Prosser High School, after university Will returned home to Horse Heaven Hills and began managing Double Canyon vineyard, located almost directly across the road from his parent’s property. Knowing the land has paid off and Double Canyon has grown to become one of the most talked about wineries in the state. Hear about the winery and vineyard from Will and enjoy delicious wines from Double Canyon. Dinner will be prepared by the Clore Center’s Wine Program Director, Rachel Mercer.

Wine pairings with each course are included in your ticket price, with additional wine by the glass or bottle available for purchase.

Supper Club is a monthly dinner with a different theme each time. From guest chefs, to featured produce, to visiting winemakers and more; there’s always something unique at Supper Club.

Club Price: $50+tax

Regular Price: $55+tax

All guests must be 21+ to attend. Please be prepared to show ID if requested. Tickets are transferable in advance but not refundable. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

French Inspired menu to play off of these rich, bold reds. Appetizers will begin at 6pm, first course served between 6:30 and 6:45pm
