New real estate on the riverfront

Coming 2018, Earth is going to shift a little on its axis. The Waterfront, a 35-acre massive-scale mixed development along the riverfront in Vancouver, Washington, will include in its first phase a $35-million waterfront park, 40,000 square feet of restaurant space, 45,000 square feet of retail space, 70,000 square feet of class A office space, 263 apartments and the 120-room Hotel Indigo.
