Join us at the sanctuary for a fun, interactive vegan cooking class with Chef Amy Webster! You’ll enjoy an engaging learning atmosphere that serves up fresh recipes and techniques for all cooking levels. Whether you’re new to vegan cooking, a seasoned chef or just looking for a fun way to spend your Saturday – our classes have something for everyone!

This class includes a 45-minute tour of the sanctuary, so you’ll get to spend some time with the animals!

What to expect:

  • Menu: Swiss cheese sauce with vegan chicken & sourdough bread, spinach artichoke cheese sauce with vegetables, salted caramel fondue with green apples
  • Showcasing: a new way to bring friends and family together for the holidays with veganized fondue recipes complimented with breads, vegan meat, vegetables, and fruit
  • Demonstrations:
