Join Kristi Slotemaker of River Valley Cheese as she explains and demonstrates the process of making brie. Learn about this bloomy rind cheese (and what bloomy rind even means), try a variety of cheese, as well as some fun food pairings with brie and take home the techniques to try cheese making at home.
